At Flow Mist, we want you to feel confident with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Returned with all included items, accessories, and packaging
Approved by our support team before being shipped back

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Flow Mist is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may not be eligible for refunds.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Flow Mist is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
Chargeback Policy

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be reported and may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
