If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver, you may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We do not guarantee refunds for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Flow Mist is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To review your claim, you must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the packaging
A description of the issue
Please keep the product and packaging for verification.
Claims submitted without proper evidence or outside the required timeframe may be denied.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
